The final testing and restoration will take place during dayshift. The outage is affecting customers in Alexandra from 13th Avenue to 22nd Avenue between Roosevelt Street and London Road. @CityPowerJhb Vale and Moss road still out all surrounding is back up and running. No tangible response from City Power. Why is it taking more than 24 hours to repair... what are we paying for??? Probably lack of maintenance and sitting on the money we pay for service we don't get... absurd!!!

@CityPowerJhb Its really not very promising. City power is not paying for the food that is bound to go off our fridges. Can you please expedite this. We cannot go two days without power, especially if we are paying. If routine maintenance was done as required then we would not sit with this.
