It's my belief these behaviors are triggerable. It's also my belief smash and competition-- triggers them. Hypomania can seem like a good thing, but it's not. It is exhausting, debilitating, and inverses into depression. I want to be more open w/ friends and community.

Hello I don't know who follows me anymore in the smash scene and I dislike dramatics inherently but I'm feeling some courage to speak about my conditions. I have Bipolar Type II Manic-depressive Disorder. This causes irregular mood behaviors, such as hypomania. (1/2)
