Today Spencer Pratt conceded and said: “I’ve been laser-focused on stopping these commie animals, and I will stop them.” If you think that type of MAGA campaign and language was resonating in deep blue LA where Dems massively outnumber GOP by nearly 4 to 1, then you are stupid.

Hi, everyone. Less than 13,000 ballots have been challenged (2,991 because lack of signature). No one knows who they voted for. Nithya has 30,000 more votes than Pratt. Can we stop claiming these challenged ballots would have any effect.
Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk@LACountyRRCC

@WendyRogersAZ This is incorrect/deceptive — countywide (not just in the City of L.A.) the number of ballots challenged based on signature matching is 9,713, and unsigned 2,991. All have been contacted with information on how to respond and ensure their ballot can be counted.

This guy’s a leader of the rigged-elections camp. Admits he can’t prove anything. Says it doesn’t matter. Because the “structure” allows “fraud that cannot be detected.” Can I prove the moon is made of cheese? No. But that is part of my proof that the moon is made of cheese.
The DarkHorse Podcast@thedarkhorsepod

Bret Weinstein cuts straight to the chase: "We are going to have an endless battle in which those of us who see what we believe is clear evidence of some kind of election rigging or fraud are faced with indignation from a vast array of people portraying themselves as more rigorous and careful who say, 'Where is your evidence? Where exactly is your evidence that there was something wrong with this election?' And we are gonna be caught in the following predicament. No piece of evidence is sufficient to establish that case. And the sum total of all of the evidence contains true things and false things. So it is also no good. So the question is, can you logically deduce that something has gone wrong? I believe you can easily. Can you prove it? No. And not being able to prove it means that the election will proceed. It will be validated by all of the structures, including the courts. And that means that those who take on the power that derives from these elections will be the result of whatever process we just went through, whether it was an election that happened to be anomalous through organic means, or it was the result of some kind of fraud or election rigging. That is not an accident. That is not an accident. And the point that I wanna make primarily is the primary evidence against elections that look like this being organic is not actually in the trickle of evidence that we are actually able to see, the moment by moment vote count that does something strange during the night when some large tranche of ballots is suddenly counted or something like that. The evidence is in the structure of how the elections are actually carried out. These elections are designed to allow fraud that cannot be detected and will not be prosecuted. And that's really the thing that we must focus on." @BretWeinstein

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.

It’s not about arguments. It’s about facts. I know one great fact about American elections, and I know it because the Republican Party has proved it to me: There is no election fraud of any consequence anywhere in the United States. The Republican Party and its allies, FOR DECADES, have been searching high and low, in every corner of our country, for evidence of election fraud. This effort has been made with vast sums of money and other resources, and with some of the greatest powers in our nation at the party’s disposal: A presidential commission under President Donald Trump. The Department of Justice under President Donald Trump, armed with the resources of the FBI, and the powers of subpoena. Committees of Congress under Republican control, also armed with the powers of subpoena and the investigative resources of the first branch of government. State legislatures under Republican control, also with subpoena powers, have launched similar efforts to find evidence of election fraud. Republican-controlled states have set up special commissions and task forces, some with subpoena powers, all well-funded and with access to the state’s electoral systems. Conservative academics and think tanks have launched projects seeking out evidence of election fraud. Fox News and the rest of MAGA media have dedicated significant resources to finding evidence of election fraud. What is the result of this enormous Republican effort to find election fraud? Ask The Heritage Foundation. For nearly a decade, Heritage has maintained an “Election Fraud Database.” The database contains “proven instances of election fraud.” It covers elections going back nearly fifty years. That’s billions and billions of American votes. Right now, the total number of proven instances of election fraud that Heritage can document is: 1620. That’s an infinitesimal number, vanishingly small, and it is solid proof of two things: 1. Some individuals commit election fraud. 2. There is no evidence at all of systemic or even widespread election fraud anywhere in the USA. The election-fraud panic is the Big Lie of our time. It is peddled by people who know better. Their own investigations over decades demonstrate that. Stop trying to subvert our democracy. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
jprokc@jprokc

@TerryMoran Whenever election fraud enters the news, libs seek out the worst arguments and mock them. Instead of the straw men, why not seek a steel man argument? Because when your tribal mind is made up, you're not interested in the steel man.

The LA fraud story is really unconvincing on my read, but I wish people would be less knee-jerk in rejecting allegations of fraud. It does happen and elections have even been reversed in my lifetime because of it. The moral of the boy who cried wolf is not that wolves don’t exist

How do they know these were "Spencer Pratt voters"? Signature reviewers see envelopes, signatures, and voter records—not votes. A ballot can be challenged because of a signature issue, but the voter is given an opportunity to cure it. The decision to reject or cure a ballot is made before anyone knows how that ballot was cast. If someone has evidence that signature rules are being applied differently based on candidate preference, they should present it. Otherwise, "Pratt voters are being targeted" is an assertion, not evidence

@Ike_Saul There have been endless allegations of fraud since 2016, millions spent on audits and recounts. The only people caught have been Trump's own allies. Treating them as serious gives false attention. While you can't ignore them, please call them what they are: Conspiracy theories

@Its_ReallyAlex @Ike_Saul If what I claimed is true, here is what we'd expect: groups of votes coming in that are all for the same candidate (or at least same party). That is the evidence we'd be looking for. That is the evidence we see.

The California voter fraud allegations are incredibly frustrating because there is no central story here — nothing specific is being alleged. At least in 2020 the explanation shifted constantly. First it was machines flipping votes, then it was Georgia election workers, then it was illegal immigrants, then it was a network of ballot harvesting, then it was social media collusion, then it was foreign actors, and on and on and on. That was annoying because the goalposts moved constantly, but at least there were tangible, (sometimes) specific claims I could look into. This is just "our guy lost, we know it was fraud," and then pretending that's proof.
