Confusion resonates: Was asked at at Conference in 2010 why in RWISA HIV cohort I led adherence to ARVs was >95%. Is this due to dictatorship in Rwanda. Me: no, but assuming this was true, why can't other programs do the same to reduce viral load, boost CD4+ cells and save lives?
