Sometimes the best uniform is no uniform.
No matter how good of a pattern you have, you’re not going to be able to conceal a squad of guys in kit with rifles running down the street.
Plain clothes with an IFF layer over top allows you to quickly doff your kit and blend into the populace, with no defined markers telling everyone who you are, or what you’re there for.

Not saying I'm surprised, but it's kind of depressing just how much of indie animation is straight up troonslop. All of it looks and feels identical. I'd be hard pressed to find even a Kickstarter campaign that isn't.

Like, in college I worked super hard to make sure my stuff didn't even resemble the other stuff people were making. It paid off (metaphorically) but it's hard to not feel like I'm on an island by myself here.

My boy Shredder is getting very old. He's nearly 19, and after being a fat boy most of his life, he's getting bony now. Has early stage kidney failure, and some dementia. He's not entirely "gone in the mind," but he gets confused a lot, and wants to be near me or on me all the time.
So he gets whatever he wants now. I bring him food wherever he is, on my bed, on the couch. He gets a heated blanket wherever he wants it. If he wants the food on my plate, then he gets to share it with me. As long as he eats that's what matters.
I love him and it's sorrowful to know he won't be around much longer. I'm gonna love him up until then.
