@nectar I'm trying to create my account but my postcode has 2 numbers in the first half, for example AA11... the prompt wants the postcode in AA11AA format, but mine would be AA111AA which isn't being accepted. Please help!

@nectar Why is it your online chat staff feel an appropriate answer to why my points from my AMEX Nectar card haven't been credited to my account is to call Sainsbury's Bank, who don't manage the AMEX card or even offer credit cards anymore?!

Can @nectar give me a good reason why I have to sever my VPN connection home to use their app? It can’t be security as my fibre out pipe at home is more secure than a mobile phone operators due to the lack of unnecessary tracking, or is that your problem?
