@bt_uk Your AI refuses me help on messages, your discriminating in make me phone up, your quick and easy visual service doesn't have the option I need so I can't even attempt to call you and mishear the call. I don't see why you had to take on the rubbish customer service of EE!

See this Instagram post by @deafumbrella instagram.com/p/DGh84uaN66D/… It's not just about inequality though. These days I've noticed an "it's not fair attitude" whereby those without hearing loss expect tell you, you shouldn't get adjustments because they can't have them.
