As someone whose spoken to people in the org and around the club constantly, this is a fallacy. Mendoza is one who spear heads final say and decisions, which has included him not going the exact route the FO has directed him towards before Does he make decisions at times based on info relayed? For sure! But does he do it to a literal T where he doesn’t have final say and opinion? Not at all. This isn’t nearly as black and white as fans believe it to be
