The confusing part of the post was that it said Quant was chosen by the ECB as the digital euro. My understanding is that Quant's role is to enable secure cross chain CBDC functionality.
I believe that their focus will be on the technical testing and implementation side, particularly programmable payments and conditional transactions.
In either case, this is bullish for Quant.

@AlovesAmerica "Muslim" names are usually limited, whereas British names are far more varied, hence why top. Only #1 Muhammad (5721) & #21 Mohammed (2400) in top 30. Mohammad at #49. #81-100 are Muslim (14700). All Muslim names in top 100 = 25,840 (15%), All rest mostly British = 154160 (85%).
