The Israeli army has failed to find tunnels or weapons stockpiled in Rantisi hospital. Instead, it has turned up a pack of diapers and a calendar listing the days of the week. The presentation has become a laughingstock, except among the cretinous and narrowing base of support for Israel's exterminationist operation. But it has served a larger purpose, helping Israel obscure its real motives for attacking and occupying the three major hospitals in northern Gaza. These hospitals have provided oases for tens of thousands of displaced civilians whose homes were destroyed. Israel is determined to force them south, pushing them toward Rafah to generate pressure on Egypt to take them in. Eliminating these hospitals also allows Israel to manufacture a humanitarian crisis and ratchet up the pressure on Egypt to accept masses of sick and wounded refugees at hospitals of its own. Israel deploys desperate artifice to paint Al-Shifa, Al-Rantisi and Quds hospitals as secret military command posts, when in fact, it sees them as obstacles to the next Nakba.

Special footage from the Rantisi hospital in Gaza - on the basement floor, a room was found with signs indicating hostages were held there, underground headquarters and a room full of weapons inside the hospital:

@manniefabian Did they find curtains? Or a baby bottle this time? Diapers on the floor? Or god forbid, a World Health Organization sign? It’s not a terrorist hideout without those things apparently (as shown in the IDFs video of their raid in the children’s hospital)
This is a JOKE

An extraordinary woman and friend has passed away, leaving behind her 5yo daughter who could use your support. Please consider donating - everything goes to her special little girl ❤️ link in comments about the incredible legacy Arley left behind gofund.me/56aefe6c

Arley was a natural at being a mother. Doted on Dot in the best and most encouraging of ways. My text feeds are full of the cute things Dot said to her, the rocks she collected, the art she made. Even when it was hard she never faltered. She LOVED her little girl. #thatwasarley
English

Arley was a baker. She loved going the extra mile. She once popped over with leftover cupcakes she made for her book club. They were each decorated with books that had little pages with black scribbles on them - all hand made #thatwasarley
English

Our favourite park memory was when dot got away on her and ran towards the road. All these crows popped up out of nowhere, perched on the hedges ahead of where Dot was running and began cawing loudly in chorus. Dot stopped in her tracks and watched as we caught up #thatwasarley

Going through all my texts with Arley over the years. God, what an amazing mother she was. Completely devoted, supportive and patient. Always up for anything. Our park adventures were endless. #thatwasarley

@DenverMc I’m so sorry for your loss. Arley and I were neighbours. Every Saturday we would rotate between our homes, drinking coffee and relishing in our kids growing and playing together. I loved my mornings with Arley. She was a natural born mother and caring friend.

Our family is devastated to share that Arley McNeney/Cruthers (@Arley_McNeney) passed away suddenly last week. Arley accomplished an amazing amount in her 40 years, but Arley believed that the measure of a person was how they lifted up those around them.
English

@appliedcomms @Arley_McNeney What a beautiful and thoughtful tribute. Thank you for sharing it. Arley was larger than life and I’m devastated she’s gone. So many emotions - it’s hard to understand how it’s even real. I share in your sorrow.
English

I am profoundly devastated that my dear friend and colleague @Arley_McNeney has passed away. Arley taught me to critically reflect on and question the assumptions underlying my classroom policies and teaching practices.

@carmichaelsk @VolcanoDoc I think in the future you can create a workflow around it. Essentially you edit video in pro, create overlays in AE and then link the two together. If you plan on creating lots of video content and get fancy with it then pro/AE combo is the way to go!!
English

@carmichaelsk Use Adobe after effects! That’s what I use to add any sort of title blocks or animated overlays to my video content. There is also an enormous amount of support videos on you tube to help! I love these programs!! Totally agree on the steep learning curve lol

@icbc Myself and my 3.5 year old son was almost killed by exactly this. The crosswalk was at Broadway near balaclava - it doesn’t have a light and anyone not familiar with the area wouldn’t know to stop. It should be removed.

A skilled driver knows to expect the unexpected. If a vehicle is stopped in front of you or in the lane next to you, they may be yielding for a pedestrian. Reduce your speed and scan for pedestrians.

@Lidsville Weekend or not, the story broke on Friday. No excuse for media to not cover unless the developer is paying some hush money
English

Yes it's a weekend, but I still find it very odd that mainstream media has not covered the catastrophic flood in Westbank's Vancouver House luxury tower. Just this Daily Hive post. Big story given Ian Gillespie's hold on City Hall, no? #vanpoli #vanre dailyhive.com/vancouver/vanc…
