Lots of people don’t know i can’t listen to music or podcasts while i walk as it runs through batteries & i need my phone for maps & logging strava. However i’d love to know what walking related songs you’d add to the Listening Walk #playlist if i had one.

I met the most amazing man yesterday called David Matthews. He is walking round the UK and Ireland visiting every Samaritans to raise awareness of suicide and help is out there @listeningwalker we had a wonderful chat and a coffee. Check out his page here thelisteningwalk.com
