@mrtechpedia Its slower, uses old parts(mostly outdated scrap), much more expensive than buying an enclosure and getting a good nvme ssd. Most external ssd use sata components and have very low nand life cycles

I got this MacBook air m1 as a gift for scoring 98% in class 10th boards. It's the only laptop I've used all these years, fortunately or unfortunately I've never gotten a work laptop. This device has seen my Class 12 boards, Entrance preps, 1-2-3rd year of college, 4 now 5th internship and @e1evenstudios @useotter_ being built ground up, most importantly 1836429 figma design exports. Gave 6 internship interviews on this, cracked 5 of them. Tooo many memories attached, even if @pratyush_r8 @siddsax give me the latest MacBook I will be a little hesitant (jk). It has seen relationships, situationships, breakups, offer letter emails, sad nights and what not in the most peak 5 years of my life. Yesterday when I was in Rishikesh it was raining straight 36hours. Almost flooded. I had mac in my shoulder bag (bag wet asf) water went inside half of the laptop got wet and genuinely first time I was scared that it might might not work properly when i open it. Took it out, it wad workin then wrapped it up in clothes again put it inside. So attached that I take it to almost all my dates, even use it as a powerbank. I think I might be obsessed but idk this has a lot more emotional value to me than any other device out there. Kinda my bestie now. Sounds creepy but I'm perfectly alright. Such a powerful machine 🫶🏻 Apple truly cooked with mac m1 forsure.

If Nothing had used Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in the Nothing Phone 4a Pro, I would have bought it instantly. The design is amazing, but the hardware is still meh. The current price is fair for the mid-range chip and specs, but I’d happily pay more if it had a flagship chipset and hardware.
