Humans lived for thousands of years without pharmaceuticals. They also had higher infant mortality, shorter life expectancy, and died from infections, childbirth complications, and diseases we now routinely treat. The goal isn't to replace healthy living with medication. It's to recognize that nutrition, lifestyle, sanitation, vaccines, and medicines have all contributed to longer, healthier lives.
