@Chris_P_Adams @Jerseypiper77 @optimum @Starlink Same. We are considering switching as well because our current rate keeps increasing and the service isn't nearly as good as starlink

After @optimum fiber internet failed me again over the weekend and seeing how others with Starlink have had no major issues with the service, I decided to sign up for @Starlink and Craptimum will be canceled the second the Starlink hardware comes and I set everything up.

@optimum I’m really tired of the freezing, buffering and dropped service ! When we finally sit and try to watch something you can count on interrupted service. I’ve come and upgraded routers , sat on the phone for ever as I troubleshoot by direction from staff ! (turn it on off)

@optimum last month I dealt with 5 outages & was only given a $9 discount on my bill. I paid my bill on the first & here we are a week later & I’ve been dealing with outages EVERYDAY since. Y’all gotta do better! Hope my bill is discounted more than $9 cuz this is straight bs.
