@OptimumHelp I received an e-mail that said due to network upgrades, I am being gifted a complimentary new modem at no extra cost to me. Is this a legitimate offer? If so, what’s the catch? Monthly fee, less privacy? Nobody gives away anything without stipulations.

The dishonest @optimum transferred me to a 3rd person that said he would need at least five minutes of my time. More than an hour, 3 different people, including being purposefully hung up on because I wanted to end my service. What snakes. Shoulda switched to @starlink sooner!

@OptimumHelp @optimum I never had a company that operated an evil ways. I pose to have a free choice of service and get forced to keep a service when I can't use it because of my building only use @verizonfios. You won't cancel my service and secretly end my calls when I tried.

@optimum @OptimumHelp what's going on with the in game world cup feeds? Pre game and everything else is fine. But as soon as the game starts it becomes static and jumpy. Thought the US game on Friday was weather related but now the Japan - Norway game is the same. What gives?
