The Police Helicopter was up again yesterday evening, this time assisting @PSOSRoads colleagues in the Polmont area, with another lengthy vehicle pursuit. 2 x persons attempted to run from the vehicle, but were both captured and detained. #KeepingPeopleSafe #Teamwork

The Police Scotland Helicopter assisted @PSOSRoads today with the arrest of a person, following a lengthy vehicle pursuit in the Glasgow area. The driver now in custody and the vehicle now fully recovered. Great teamwork all round. #KeepingPeopleSafe #Teamwork

The Police Scotland Helicopter assisted @PSOSRenfrew with a search for a vulnerable male in the Renfrewshire area this morning. The crew found the male in a tree line and were able to talk in response policing and a dog unit to his location, where he was traced safe and well.

The Police Helicopter assisted @PSOSRoads earlier with a vehicle pursuit in the Renfrewshire area which was brought to a safe conclusion with one person being detained. A good piece of teamwork all round. #KeepingPeopleSafe

The Police Helicopter was involved in a multi agency rescue last night when a person entered the River Clyde and got in to difficulties. The crew was able to locate the person in the darkness and assisted in guiding @HMCoastguard and @PSOSInverclyde to the location. #Teamwork

The Police Helicopter assisted @PSOSNorthLshire today to locate a walker in the Uddingston area. The walker had became disoriented and confused in a large rural area, with the crew landing to assist her and escort her back to safety. #KeepingPeopleSafe #Teamwork

The Police Helicopter assisted @PSOSWestDunbart tonight with a male who had became injured on a hillwalk. The crew quickly found him and were able to talk response police on to his location. The male was then taken to hospital for checks. #KeepingPeopleSafe #Teamwork

Another great result for the Police Helicopter! Great teamwork between the crew and @PSOSRoads led to the arrest of 2 persons following a lengthy car chase beginning in Edinburgh City Centre and ending in North Lanarkshire. #KeepingPeopleSafe

It has been a busy period for the Police Helicopter, assisting both @PSOSFalkirk and @PSOSSouthLshire with vulnerable missing persons recently. Both persons were traced safe and well and taken to hospital for checks. Great teamwork between police in the sky and on the ground.

The Police Helicopter assisted @PSOSRoads in North Ayrshire today after a vehicle pursuit, whereby 2 people ran off. The passenger was quickly detained however the driver attempted to hide, but couldn't evade the helicopter. Both persons arrested and taken to custody. #Teamwork

The Police Helicopter assisted @PSOSArgyllBute in the search for a male who was believed to have taken ill whilst camping. The Helicopter crew located the male safe within a remote part of Loch Awe. His position was then passed on to local police. #KeepingPeopleSafe #Teamwork

Our Helicopter assisted @PSOSNAyrshire locating a lost walker in a wooded area on the Isle of Arran. The helicopter landed in a nearby clearing, PC McAdam alighted from the aircraft and provided 1st Aid. The helicopter then conveyed the walker to our colleagues at Whiting Bay.
