@Payfast I was emailed this response, which I’m not satisfied with. Has any action been taken against Alora seeing that there are numerous complaints about them on Hello Peter, which were shared with you on email.

So @Payfast takes 30+ days to verify my account after 12 emails with 4 different employees. Then upon denial, no steps to resolve the issue or any follow ups. Just we dont want to work with you - piss off?

@Payfast terminated our account WITHOUT NOTICE and is WITHHOLDING OUR FUNDS. No prior warning, no chance to fix anything. Their compliance team ignores emails, and customer service told us to just "sit and wait" with zero help. Avoid Payfast at all costs. #CustomerServiceFail

Also @Payfast , I will not longer be recommending you to clients I build websites for as a payment portal, and will urge them to look for other options.

Have told @Payfast to pay me out and delete my account. They can't tell me exactly why they can't verify me and I must now go ask my bank to help, with something Payfast can barely explain to me is wrong. With so many other payment processors out there, I'll go elsewhere.

Now, I don't have much left in there, but I cannot even withdraw it. And I was trying to move my clients to recurring billing, but I guess now I am screwed, and I am not one of the 80,000+ businesses they want to "help"

For anyone who uses @Payfast, whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS. Being a law abiding person, I updated my address to comply with FICA. And what did Payfast do, they closed my account and locked me out, AFTER confirming verification documents.
