@Payfast terminated our account WITHOUT NOTICE and is WITHHOLDING OUR FUNDS. No prior warning, no chance to fix anything. Their compliance team ignores emails, and customer service told us to just "sit and wait" with zero help. Avoid Payfast at all costs. #CustomerServiceFail

Also @Payfast , I will not longer be recommending you to clients I build websites for as a payment portal, and will urge them to look for other options.

Have told @Payfast to pay me out and delete my account. They can't tell me exactly why they can't verify me and I must now go ask my bank to help, with something Payfast can barely explain to me is wrong. With so many other payment processors out there, I'll go elsewhere.

Now, I don't have much left in there, but I cannot even withdraw it. And I was trying to move my clients to recurring billing, but I guess now I am screwed, and I am not one of the 80,000+ businesses they want to "help"

For anyone who uses @Payfast, whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS. Being a law abiding person, I updated my address to comply with FICA. And what did Payfast do, they closed my account and locked me out, AFTER confirming verification documents.

yo @Payfast this phishing service is using your payment gateway as best as I can tell. You should nuke its API access.

@flashmelong @TheGatooMeow I've been struggling with a signature mismatch trying to integrate @payfast I called their offices and was referred to a function in their developer documentation. Even that too didn't work.

Registered with @Payfast 2 weeks ago, still pending verification. Any other API Payment processor fam? They are useless. Giving up.

Any alternatives to @paystack for South African businesses using @ZohoBooks ? Really backward platform for receiving money. Unsure what @stripe thought with them. Just wish @Payfast had Zoho integration.
