@WeAreOpenreach Hi how do I make a formal complaint about the service of openreach please. I’ve had on/off connection for the past 96hrs! This is totally unacceptable. I have absolutely no visibility from open reach or my service provider on when how your engineers will fix my problem

@WeAreOpenreach hello. I can see from my security camera this am. A member of staff/engineer has visited my property and carried out work on some cabling this morning . I hadn’t requested any works to be carried out, so I assume it’s my neighbours flat needing work done.

As a result my internet connection is now offline. Can you confirm what works have been carried out and why has it affected my property and connection
