D.O.G.E should look at the "inefficient" (not to mention anti-competitive) tax subsidy given to credit unions, which duplicate services provided by tax-paying community banks.

If this is a true cross-govt effort, it should consider tax expenditures. We spend hundreds of billions annually through the tax code, distorting spending/investment decisions. Not all expenditures are equal, but savings could fund tax cut extensions. bipartisanpolicy.org/explainer/tax-…

Watched the CFPB/DOT joint hearing on airlines credit card rewards programs. The Salem Witch Trials were more impartial and fair. Reminded me of the Soviet era show trials.

Joined Twitter 12 years ago today! I was at an @ICBA convention, my first, and received a call that we were removed from our Written Agreement w/ regulators. Joined right then to start changing our story. Haven’t looked back!
