My wife had a months-long affair with someone from work. I found out by accident, not through honesty.
Yesterday I decided not to forgive her. I asked for a divorce without negotiation. Her family says I should try, that “we all make mistakes.”
What they don't say is that some mistakes are repeated for months with full awareness.
I'm not going to rebuild something that was broken by long-standing decisions. Love also has dignity.
Am I radical for leaving, or am I the only one who understands that not everything can be forgiven?
I prefer the pain of starting over to the constant doubt of staying.

@UziCryptoo Um…does he really keep saying “that’s not how you get rich” ?…is that the objective? I thought it was to be debt free? So take that $60 and do something good with it…Jeesh.
CALLER: I put $3,000 worth of monthly expenses on my credit card and pay off in full. I get 2% cash back, so that's $60 back every month.
DAVE RAMSEY: Get rid of the card. You're telling me that you spend $3,000 on a high interest credit card, just to get $60? That's not how you get rich!
CALLER: I don't pay interest, I pay it off every month and get $60.
DAVE RAMSEY: Get rid the card, use debit cards ONLY!
CALLER: So give up the $60 I get back monthly?
DAVE RAMSEY: That's not how you get rich!
In reality, if you are resposible, USE credit cards. It's not just cash back. It's also liability protection.
Every dollar matters.
I just had a very disturbing Good Friday encounter with an ICE agent at the airport
As I was going through security, an ICE agent asked me for my ID. I told him this isn’t Soviet Russia and that the only citizenship papers I planned to show him were the Declaration of Independence
“Sir, I’m just asking for ID, not proof of citizenship,” he said.
“Today is the anniversary of Jesus’s resurrection,” I replied. “He was an American. Would you have asked to see his papers too? Would the scars on his hands not have been enough for you?”
He was stunned silent. I strode past him without showing my ID and went through the metal detector
I received a standing ovation
@Maga4liberty Listen, you keep your eyes on Jesus! He has a plan&purpose for you and you have only barely begun to discover who you are. Stick with your love for music and stay clear of the guys….you don’t need the hurt that will come if you focus there. Get voice lessons, learn piano! Sing!
Biblical Church Gatherings: Relational, participatory, interactive, every believer contributing, shared meals, singing to one another, multiple elders shepherding and teaching.
Modern Church Gatherings: Individual, one man doing everything, cracker and juice, spectator sport.
I’m very confused about the number of people who think “property tax” is a sales tax on you home rather than taxes to pay for public services you use every day.
“I paid off my home why do i still pay property taxes?!?!?”
Oh, did you also stop using the roads and libraries and sidewalks and parks? Not worried about fires anymore?
@deaninserra Nah… it is a title that was given to those who followed Jesus… who share the gospel and live according to the teachings of God the Son… Jesus Christ. Too many claim the title BECAUSE they are religious…. Or a “good person”…
Christianity is a religion. It is okay to say so! It became a bad thing to say in the 90s when every sermon was about “not a religion but a relationship.”
It is both!
@SenJeffMerkley You know what? We all actually agree with you on this… so all this “no kings” babble is a waste of time, money and energy. GROW UP and do your job!!!
Since people want data, let’s go over it according to the williams Institute of law. Having non-discriminatory laws IN restroom DOES NOT increase likelihood of assault. (source williamsinstitute.law.ucla.edu/publications/s…)
@DrFrankTurek Frank, more and more I’m wondering if gathering with other believers to be built up and encouraged is what happens in many current churches…. Showing up to watch a concert and public speaker is not it. I can do that from my living room.
@Darkhyacinth@WallStreetMav What an ignorant comment! She is financially contributing by saving daycare costs, for starters… and if you don’t think a stay at home parent contributes to the marriage… 🙄
@WallStreetMav It's not "our" money. It's his money. That's the price you pay to be a stay at home wife. If she wants that to change, she needs to get a job and financially contribute to the marriage.
