@CessiMUFC Bit down but recently bought last hour or two €SOI $AAOI $TSLA $ASTS at these prices which I think are good entry points. Confident they’ll all bounce.

Markets running for cover after yesterday’s Hawkish Federal Reserve meeting. Maybe a time to tread carefully and buy the dips 😮‍💨

@JamieFInvests 15-20 years ago I’d have weeks making 5 figures. Tempting to go out celebrating. Had weeks lost 5 figures - spent whole weekend a mess. Had to rationalise as long as there were more good weeks than bad, which there were, I was fine. Stripped emotion out ever since.

Yeah I get you mate. I dont think switching off the emotional side is easy though. And ultimately the highs are so good when they come, if it was just numbers on a spreadsheet I wouldn’t be as engaged. I get your point though, if that emotion drives irrational activity, it starts really costing you!

I’ll never forget the pure anxiety of making my very first investment in Nvidia. Up until that point, I’d only ever used my corporate share scheme. That was a total safety blanket. I had a fixed price and an option to buy at the end of 3 years, meaning I never actually risked losing my own principal along the way. Stepping out of that bubble and buying individual shares on the open market for the first time was a massive shock to the system. Within the first 24 hours, $NVDA surged and I was up a clean £1,800. I felt like an absolute genius. Then reality hit. A day or so later, the entire gain reversed right back to near my purchase price. The fear of it going deep into the red was paralyzing. I completely panicked and made every classic rookie mistake in the book… buying, selling a few days later, trying to time the bottom, and overtrading. It took me months to finally build the stomach for market volatility. You can read all the investing books you want, but nothing prepares you for the emotional roller coaster of watching your own hard earned money fluctuate. If you're struggling with that sinking feeling today: hang in there. It’s a muscle you have to train. 💪

GM FinX family! ☕️ Happy Thursday! Managed to get to Buyukada Island yesterday and walk the entire length. Even went to a cove that was boarded up - doing a bit or dangerous adventure 👀 Time to do some shopping for the family and take things easy. Home on Saturday morning! Naturally rewarded myself with Turkish Kebab and Pizza!

Im a 24 year old driving a 2003 car because it’s a paid off car that isn’t tying me down into debt… More people need to do this Instead of spending £300 a month on car finance. buy a cheap car for £1500 💰 And you can then use any spare income on investing ✅ Don’t go broke making yourself look rich

@NIinvestor95 Absolutely. That’s what we are all in it for. It’s gonna up 35%+ in 5 days, personally I’d take profit out of that most of the time regardless.

Sold all of my $SIVE earlier. Hoping for a bit of a correction then I will consider re-entering. If it doesn't drop it's solid profit in a short space of time.

Today had the potential to be a bit of a minger so I’m pleased to come through it unscathed. Equally pleased the ISA is up over 15% since I started it with £10k last Tuesday 😮‍💨
