@ReadyRefresh I suscribe to a delivery service. I am now out out of water & i tried to reset the password on my account, I get stuck in a loop that keeps returning me to the previous step. I am elderly and disabled. My water supply is critical to me. Phone support sent to a third party sales pitch— didn’t appreciate that one bit! Please assist me in getting my water deliveries restored ASAP

@ReadyRefresh @PrimoWater not sure what happened to this company, but the service is absolute trash. We’ve been rescheduled 3x in the last month and now have no water. This is a constant recurring issue and your customer service SUCKS. Looking up alternatives at the moment.

I was suddenly charged monthly “rental” fees by Primo on an account that had been closed for three years. Charging former customers for discontinued services is unacceptable. Stay away from them! @ReadyRefresh

@ReadyRefresh my delivery was cancelled. No communication. No email or text notification. Consistently bad customer service and support. ZERO stars! And so now it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere. No respect for my business, that’s plain and clear.

@ReadyRefresh @PrimoWater The worst water delivery service I’ve ever used. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and keeps charging. I’ve had constant delivery issues and no way to get real support/resolve problems. I literally joined X just to call them out.

@PrimoWater Why do your drivers completely ignore delivery instructions on the account notes?? Every single month since you took over from @ReadyRefresh you have screwed something up! What is so hard about delivering water bottles??

@ReadyRefresh This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Getting a hold of an agent is near impossible. They charged me $118 for four bottles of standard water. Their driver showed up in the wrong day and picked up empties on the wrong day and I’m being overcharged. Lawyer?
