I’d like to be clear: I don’t hate Mormons. I reject the Mormon religion as an affront to Christ and His church. It denies the very nature of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It’s polytheistic, polygamous, and works based. It exalts good works above the finished work of Christ. Exalts man to become a god. It’s a continuation of the very first lie ever told: “But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Genesis 3:4-5. However, I would love for every Mormon to reject their religion, turn and trust in the true living Savior. Repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. We all should be praying for such an outcome.

How can someone as (seemingly) smart as yourself believe a religion as wacky as the Mormon Church practices? I’m genuinely curious, because it just baffles me, and honestly it scares me that humans are so prone to, what looks to me like, brainwashing. I would guess that you were raised Mormon and never truly questioned it, and I could be wrong. I would love to hear your thoughts.
