I hit 315x7 in the gym without benching for 6+ months prior A couple years ago I moved out of barbell training and into calisthenics. Have some kettlebells at the house too. 99% of my training is done this way. I get in the gym a few times a year. -Started doing more endurance sports + had a baby... training from home fits Been able to keep moving 3 wheels on bench mainly due to this exercise here Weighted Push Ups Do with the handles to save on wrists and it will mimic a D-bell press. (80-100lbs in the pack here) Another take a way... years and years of strength work transitioned very well into doing more body weight and even into endurance. Strength is never a weakness!

The #Eagles are the only team with an existing HC that is still searching for an OC after the Bucs reportedly hired Zac Robinson (who the Eagles also interviewed). The other four teams that made an OC change this offseason: Lions (Drew Petzing), Chargers (Mike McDaniel), Chiefs (Eric Bienemy), Commanders (David Blough). There remain eight teams that have fired their HC that still have OC openings: Cardinals, Bills, Browns, Steelers, Ravens, Raiders have yet to hire HCs, while the Dolphins and Titans have hired HCs Jeff Hafley and Robert Saleh, who have yet to fill their OC spot. The Giants with new HC John Harbaugh will reportedly have Todd Monken as OC and the Falcons with Kevin Stefanski will have Tommy Rees.

I love Nakobe Dean. He’s an outstanding player. I just don’t think you can justify giving him a big contract given you just drafted Jihaad Campbell RD1 who is good and paid Zack Baun last year and Nakobe injury history has to factor in as well.

@ShaqMitchell Patullo lacked adjustments. The scripted plays were usually good. When he had to structure plays and set plays up. He flat out sucked. We lost due to drops and penalties which were a massive problem all year. That’s not on Patullo. But we had no juice this year
