@sander_lutz This isn’t about banking… they don’t have the product and shouldn’t have this much power in crypto rules…

New: Lots of crypto-side worry rn over the proposed stablecoin yield compromise on market structure. But the new language would allow for yield on staked stablecoins, two sources tell me--a potentially significant win for crypto. Staking could be an easy, passive way for crypto users to earn yield on their stablecoins. The real question becomes whether such an allowance would trigger outrage from the banking lobby, which might view staking rewards as too much of a threat to their business. Banking is reviewing the compromise language today on Capitol Hill. "The banking industry would be crazy to accept that as any sort of compromise," another source, who has been closely following the negotiations, told me.

Nice to see common sense prevail, and the SEC lead! The Howey test was archaic and not relevant to today’s technology. Now crypto can move forward as an industry and develop legitimate projects without fear of being labeled a security.

Idk man watching Leo Chenal sign elsewhere for $8.3M per year while you had historically bad linebacker play is kinda crazy!

While Boye Mafe had just two sacks in 2025, he was eighth in pass rush win rate among edge rushers (ESPN/Next Gen Stats).

Bengals sign Boye Mafe, who was EDGE8 in pass rush win rate per ESPN's on-field tracking data. Also signed a real FS in Bryan Cook, who flies downhill and can actually tackle. Big upgrades!

#Chiefs standout S Bryan Cook is expected to sign with the #Bengals, as they make a splash on defense in a deal done by @LIFTSPORTSMNGMT, per The Insiders. It’s a 3-year, $40.25M deal. He gets $18M in year 1.

Oil is up 28% this quarter. Energy stocks are up 8%. That 20-point gap is the market making a very loud statement. When $XLE refuses to chase crude higher, equities are pricing the oil spike as a temporary supply shock. A geopolitical tax on the economy, not a windfall for producers. The dollar confirms it. Oil and the dollar are moving together right now. That only happens in supply shocks. Demand-driven oil rallies weaken the dollar. This one isn't. So either energy equities are the smartest discounting mechanism in the market, correctly fading a price that reverses by summer. Or they're sitting on 28% unrealized revenue upside that hasn't been priced in yet. If crude holds through Q2, that gap closes violently to the upside. Which side of this trade are you on?

@martypartymusic Which crypto tho? That’s important as 99% is vaporware. Do you think the market structure separated the wheat from the chaff?

Again - price is not honest. Without market structure there is no market. Crypto is decentralized, dollar price is not. On regulation everything changes. Be patient, exploit the discount’s. Remember this post.

This was always important, but it's even more important now with the 1099-DAs: Make sure that you keep personal, business, and retirement crypto activity on separate wallets, and don't co-mingle them. (Also don't buy/sell crypto for other people on your wallets/exchanges)
