@PrimaryTeachMFL Have you asked the schools for feedback as to why they are not calling you for interview?

So after 14 applications this year and having been invited to exactly 0 interviews I feel it's time to give up. Any suggestions for career paths I could potentially take? My degree is a BEd so not sure how transferable it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm lost.

This week our primary trainees are thinking about their Career Entry Development Profile. It is exciting to plan their first year as an ECT and reflect on their learning this year.

@MissSheldrakePE @MrTs_NQTs If you are not getting interviews, ask your tutor to check your letter of application. If you are struggling at interview, make sure you ask for feedback from the school. Ask your tutor/ mentor for a practice interview - might help? But all jobs from now are for ECTs. Good luck
