@SMARTBazaarIn a pathetic experience in one of your stores. They asked us to carry her phones in hand and to lock her phone wallet. We asked for the manager who refused to meet us and the guard and staff also misbehaved. This was at Smart bazaar Diamond plaza Nessore road Kolkata

@SMARTBazaarIn, your store in Metropolis Mall, Kolkata always has only 1 billing counter open in place if 4 on the 1st floor. Are the other counters just a show-off or you enjoy the sight of a long spiralling line in front of the billing counter?

Very disappointing experience at Smart Bazaar, Gola Gokaran Nath store. Staff denied even basic courtesy of folding purchased clothes and behaved very rudely. This is unacceptable customer service. Kindly take action and ensure proper staff training. @SMARTBazaarIn
