He'd at least be pretty darn miserable. And Teal'c would have no hesitation in performing any of those duties.

@BaronDestructo It's a shame that LEXX doesn't have the popularity needed for Kai to win but Teal'c is getting fucked up if they fight. Kai can't be killed because he's already dead & indestructible to the point that not even cutting him in half stops him. Plus his brace is seriously cool.

We did take out their navy. But there are still boats out there. Speed boats, fishing boats, etc. that can be used to drop mines. And they're likely tucked in all over the coast.
