What a disgrace @ubereats_uk @McDonaldsUK are. Apparently when your food is cooked at 6pm and is sitting there waiting to be picked up and doesn’t arrive until 7.20pm arrives freezing cold it’s been delivered in a reasonable time frame and doesn’t warrant a refund.

That’s it mate same as me. It’s the principle more than the money. Probably do me a fav not ordering takeaways as often lol

Uber Eats promised me a FULL refund for a £76 order that arrived over 2 hours late and stone cold. Instead, chats were closed, I was blocked from support, and offered £11.45 as. “good will gesture”. Customers are being silenced. This needs escalating. @ubereats_uk @Uber_Support

@UberEats I’m still on you about my order from last night I ordered a pizza from beggars pizza on stony island last night (10mins from my location)unbeknownst to me it was sent to beggars 103rd roseland I got a cold pizza along with cold fries (I did not order)

So @ChipotleTweets screwed up my order last night and all I got back from @UberEats was $4. Even though the entire order was cold, missing items and not easy to eat when missing teeth. Thanks for the horrible service
