@AmericanAir I tried to book a flight. Never received a confirmation screen or email card. Wasn’t charged that day. Then magically I get a check in email from you today. I go back on the card statement and I’ve been billed. Never in my life.... you guys need to make this right.

@kitandace #bad #firstimpression I went ahead and spent the extra money to get a higher quality pair of pants that would last. On the second time of wearing the Navigator Trouser, the waist button fell off. Super disappointed. I know it's just a button but come on, really??
