@AwayCaludio I talked with workers though. The protest itself had 0 mediatic reach, so that's how I've found out.

@AwayCaludio coerced maybe it is a strong word, but it was framed as a work activity and part of their daily task. I don't think there would have been direct consequences if somebody refused to, but obviously it would have put a target on you if you protested this requested.

Obviously, the workers weren’t enthusiastic about it. Most played along. Some are naive tech-bros, so they saw no problem with the request from the management. I also think this goes against their contract, but whatever.

Let’s wrap up: Trade Republic staged a fake protest to promote a new product, they asked the workers to expose themselves and do stuff outside of their normal tasks, gave them fake slogans and signs, and then bragged about it on social media.
