@USMobile I used US Mobile this June and I WAS satisfied with the signal, customer service and the user platform. However, US Mobile refused to refund my gift to my Dad when port forwarding failed (my Dad bought another U.S. Mobile service with a new number). U.S. Mobile cheated.

@ATTHelp Hi, I called the +1-800-331-0500 to reset the password of an AT&T prepaid phone. I got hang up by two of the representatives after waiting for 1hr each (total of 2 hrs). They did not resolve the issue. One representative told me that my number is no longer associated with AT&T.
