This week, the Trump Administration admitted that it repeatedly lied in court and has been violating its own policies when arresting immigrants at or near courthouses. I introduced a bill to stop this unfair and stupid policy, but now it's clear that I should never have had to do that because ICE policy agreed. This is a total breakdown of lawful order and there need to be consequences. I’m demanding answers from @SecMullinDHS and Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons on these arrests of our neighbors at courthouses.
