@assemblealloy I will say it has been an issue thinning the deck with dunsparce build, but after about 5 games not sure it really fixes the problem, but great in theory.

@AdamTraversGK @omni_joe Legacy didn’t feel like super solid, but it solved the rainbow energy and most of the prize trade issues. LPrism won’t work with evolutions so I don’t go down that path to start.

My list needs more work but I’ve had a very fast climb to arceus today with Starmie/Dragapult - been opting first for t2 Starmie smacks (including Ignition for basic ex KOs) - provides the necessary wall breaker -Hilda Crispin solve an insane energy mix

@omni_joe It’s sad how now things are basically “put this card with dragapult and it gets better”

@omni_joe One other idea I have been testing is what if you skip the evolution and go early 1st turn (going 2nd) aggression of hop’s Zacian. Box enables all the pieces and pult or Ursuline cleans up late game

@omni_joe Yes! This is the jank I was working on before I started exploring Archaludon again. Hope to see a video about it soon!

Saw that @JoshFrinkTCG disagreed on my take that Raging Bolt ex is favored into Dragapult ex so I decided to record a video on why it is. If you are interested in checking out the video, the link is in the comments

@debkbanerji @julienyung Have you tried playing slyveon in the deck? I was trying a silly “N’s Eevee’s” build with zoro and angelite feels so broken

@TheProphet2114 @amcharles0 hoping for viable walling archetype. milotic for dragapult (unless getting the bear back), cornerstone for those abilities, and the fun turtle for those pesky crows. I have a feeling that it's hot garbage, but the turtle might be a good inclusion if you hard lose to crows.

@JMoose177 I have enjoyed a similar version of the deck with hero’s cape. Have you tried with that or just solely the scoop up?

One sleeper deck that I havent seen anyone talk about is Archaludon Zoroark. It has a good Pult/Grass Mu, and fairs pretty well across the board into other decks. This is the 60 I used to climb to Arceus this season.

@PokemariTCG Looking for spice? Still working on better consistency but it isn’t too bad and a lot more fun than the slop.

Y'know I wws having a really fun time in Houston. I didn't post anything about it here yet but I went 6-0 total in both GLC events and got a lot of good stuff for my collection! Then I totalled my car otw back. No major injuries all around but still, what an awful way to end it

Just updated the Ascended Heroes list: Ting-Lu and Shaymin are strong into Zoroark and other decks that benefit from ASC cards. Additionally, this version performs better against solo Fez, which was previously a struggle. I’m happy to help if you have any questions.😊

Hey everyone! After a few requests, I've decided to write a free guide on Munkidori Froslass. Having made Top 32 in the two major tournaments I've played with it, I feel my knowledge of the deck is worth sharing. Please like, share, and enjoy! docs.google.com/document/d/1oh…

1st out of 291 players in @daakumoujii tournament! Probably the biggest tournament win for festival lead online. It was an insane run filled with really talented players. #pokemontcg #pokemon

2nd/207 players in Moujii’s tournament. First time I’ve been able to do a tournament in a while. Festival lead had a good showing today. Rabsca loves to hide in the prizes when it matters😭 #Pokemon #pokemontcg

During round 12 of the Toronto regional championships Justin Newdorf took a 2 prize penalty for slow play at the end of game 3 with 4:10 seconds still on the clock, ultimately ending the match early and him conceding (he was already in a bad position). Unfortunately we never got to see that game fully play out due to this penalty. Justin was warned during game 2 to pick up the pace so they felt like a 2 prize penalty was reasonable during game 3 but it ultimately decided a game that would have played out naturally if both players had been left to play with the time remaining. Was this penalty warranted or was this way too harsh and the judges ended up robbing us of a great set? Lucky for you guys the pie chart has returned and I did some digging again 👇🏼 Total play time: 43:18 (this removed in-between time and the end of the game we missed) Justin total play time: 26:08 Justin average turn time: 2:01 Justin longest turn: 3:44 Cerys total play time: 17:10 Cerys average turn time: 1:19 Cerys longest turn time: 2:27 This means Justin took 61% of the total gameplay time during this match while Cerys played 39% of the match. In my opinion this is not unreasonable and because the game was on track to finish and neither player was doing anything malicious (I think they justin was just locked in) the 2 prize penalty to decide the match felt incorrect in my opinion. It’s like a ref calling PI at the end of a game. However, he WAS warned, and WAS taking his time in a game 3 situation. It’s also fair to access his poor position and reasonably assume a tie was favorable for him so I’m sure that was part of the judges decision. Tough spot for everyone involved and easy to see both sides of the situation. I still don’t know where the line is drawn to constitute a slow play penalty. This did not feel egregious enough to warrant it but I could be wrong
