MINNEAPOLIS: A wrong-way driver crashed head-on into another motorist on I-35W near 60th Street just before 1:20 a.m., causing a rollover and fire. At least two people have serious injuries, including one reportedly semi-conscious at the scene. The driver who caused the crash has been detained by officers and had apparent minor injuries.

Driver in custody for DWI this evening is not even 21 yet & this isn't their first DWI. Driver was more than 2x the legal limit but was adamant they were the sober cab & doing nothing wrong. Driver charged w/ 2nd Degree DWI, vehicle held pending forfeiture & DL revoked. #Dumb
