This glucose excursion was caused by some interval sprints 800x3, 1 minute walks in between and a little jog to finish up! Why would anyone glucose load if you don’t need to? @ProfTimNoakes @AKoutnik @PhilipPrins11

@Everythingsmes @DoctorTro @ProfTimNoakes @AKoutnik @PhilipPrins11 Yes. It happens to me if I do HIIT or heavy weight lifting etc - blood glucose climbs in response to need. Plus I workout fasted so it’s not anything I ate.

@DoctorTro @ProfTimNoakes @AKoutnik @PhilipPrins11 So as a T1D a lot of times when I exercise my blood sugar spikes course a lot of times it tanks too... is it stress or excess glucose??
