Adventures in @Spin_Seattle cycle share bullshit! 1) Attempt to unlock a Capitol Hill bike four times. App won't do it. 2) Move on to the next-nearest bike, 1/4 mile away. Bike beeps. App starts timing the ride. Bike does not actually unlock.
