@Kermit_hs Currently, our mobile OTP service is temporarily unavailable due to a system upgradation.
We have escalated the concern to the team and they are working on fixing the issue at the earliest.
@StationPanel Now i see i'm not the only one with the same fuckn problem! this sucks and i can see that you can't edit your phone number or email, this is kinda weird, sent too many mails and tried too many times to redeem my points and useless... 😠 i really hope someone could answer asap
@StationPanel It says, your account has been terminated. Please contact support for further assistance... It's the 2nd time that it does this after it was resolved the first time.

We would like to inform you that we have expedited the process. The points are allocated from the client’s end, so there may occasionally be a slight delay. However, we are actively following up to ensure they are allocated as soon as possible.
@StationPanel Join them if you have patience waiting for your reward because it's going to be in review for 3+ months. I've been waiting for my points that have been in review for a little over 3 months. I waited the same waiting time with all the previous surveys I completed on their panel.
