This state police or regional police will be a mere political tool in the hand of the governors. Local government level police will be more effective as we all know ourselves. Dear FG, Rather than going all out for State Police immediately, my recommendation to the Federal Government is to start with Regional Police Units: North West, North East, North Central, South West, South East, and South South.
