It's super automatic. I find when I turn a corner my eyes will immediately latch onto a chest area if my brain figures it's a woman, even if a fraction of a second later I discover it's a haggard elderly woman. There's some science behind it too, using eye track software it happens before the conscious brain even registers it

He might be surprised to find what his face actually looks like if he dropped 5-10% body fat %. A lot of guys out there with high body fat %, even if they have that skinny-fat build, who have never seen their face lean in adulthood.
