Tech Industry is cold blooded with these layoffs There used to be peace of mind joining a Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Sony, Epic, EA, etc doing your job was good enough to provide a long career with stability but now it doesn’t matter how skilled or how good you are at what you do They will cut you without hesitation or remorse for the all mighty growth metric

@tommysantos14 You assume that the rest of the world is just going to forget how easily the US pushed the world to the brink of absolute chaos... TWICE! We can't be trusted. We must triage our collective psyche & show the world we won't let this happen again... like Germany had to.

When Trump leaves office: The Department of War will go back to being the Defense Department. The Trump Kennedy Center will go back to being the Kennedy Center. The Gulf of America will once again be the Gulf of Mexico. The unfinished East Wing (it won't be finished by the end of Trump's term) will be rebuilt by the next president, and it will not be a ballroom. Federal agencies packed with unqualified loyalists will fire those people and rehire the career experts Trump fired. The Department of Justice will go back to enforcing the law instead of protecting the president. Scientific agencies like NOAA, the EPA, and the CDC will go back to publishing research without political interference. The U.S. will re-align with its allies and not with its enemies. The presidential pardon power will stop being used as a rewards program for loyalists. Inspectors General will go back to investigating corruption instead of getting fired for it. The White House press room will go back to having briefings, with real journalists and not podcasters. U.S. foreign policy will stop revolving around flattering dictators. And the world will progress as though Donald Trump never existed.

Ah yes… the VIP has arrived. While a full line of ordinary peasants patiently waited their turn at the pharmacy, this woman made a grand entrance and marched straight to the front — because clearly the rules of waiting in line apply to everyone except her. When the employees politely suggested she join the line like the rest of humanity, she responded with eye rolls, attitude, and a performance worthy of an awards show. Customers stared, staff tried to stay professional, and the line just watched the spectacle unfold. Apparently, prescriptions work faster when you skip the line and add a little extra rudeness. Who knew?

By rule, a defensive player must allow a moving player that is receiving a pass, outside of the lower defensive box, an opportunity to avoid contact. The speed of the player will determine the amount of distance an opponent must allow. On this play, Brunson does not give Gilgeous-Alexander an opportunity to avoid contact after receiving a pass outside of the LDB and therefore Brunson is not in a legal guarding position. The referees will then judge if the contact affects the SQBR (Speed, Quickness, Balance, or Rhythm) of Gilgeous-Alexander. If it does, this would be a blocking foul and if it does not then a no call would be appropriate.
ClutchPoints@ClutchPoints

Mike Brown was FURIOUS as the refs held back from calling Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s third foul on this play 😳

@Romudeth What's back on track? Personality, I think the idea of a 'console' - a piece of plastic that sits in front of your TV is a relic of the past that still exists in the present. Most of the heavy lifting can be done server side now. All I need is a dongle and a kick-ass controller.

@elonmusk Black culture is the dominant American culture. It's our swag that invites envy. American wealth is attractive but it's our culture that makes people want to stay and black American culture is the seasoning that makes the rest of the culture hit better. Facts is facts.

For a country to survive, there has to be a common culture. Nobody dies to defend a “multicultural economic zone”! American culture, with its English-Scotts-Irish origin, is great and worth fighting for. Some may not realize it, but that’s why people come here. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Important segment starting at 25 : 39 in Tucker’s video on who is a “Heritage American”, a now necessary term. A young Anthony Scalia, future Supreme Court justice, upholding Anglo-American law, consciously bristled at his ethnic and religious distinction from the WASPs whom foreign professors assigned a foundational status. But then he went to England and saw it and felt it;

@JaymalGreen The idea isn't that crazy BUT: the logistics of making that happen is gonna be cumbersome AND expensive. Also, this is solving an issue that is not a problem. Current rate of voter fraud is like .00001%.

@bennyjohnson You disqualified yourself when one of your complaints was that it was 'Woke'. It was your first one & the biggest problem is that you can't define the word beyond, 'some shit I don't like'. Cry some more, bigot.

The Bad Bunny halftime show was the worst entertainment performance in Super Bowl history. Woke. Cringe. Unintelligible. Foreign. Boring. Derivative. Preachy. Creatively bankrupt. Worst of all: No songs you can even sing along to — because no songs were in *our* language. Football is an American sport. The NFL spit in the face of their fans and our nation. This is an absolute humiliation for the NFL. In contrast, the TPUSA halftime show was just feel-good banger after banger from American artists who love this country and who football fans can relate with. It felt like America. Total cultural victory. Legitimately so proud of the @TPUSA family tonight. Charlie is smiling from heaven 🇺🇸

@MustangMan_TX I grew up loving the Green Bay Packers and Brett Favre. I am not going anywhere near the stinking piece of dung the NFL is calling the Super Bowl this year. Due to the halftime show and the NFL's obvious contempt for their American fans.

I grew up loving sports! 🏈 Back when the Dallas Cowboys were coached by a very good and decent man, Tom Landry! I’ve always enjoyed the Super Bowl even if my team wasn’t in it. But I’m done! I can do without it! Why would I wanna support an institution that is giving the middle finger to God-fearing American patriots? Why would I want to support the $62 million per year salary of Roger Goodell? As Jason Whitlock described it, this is the gayest Super Bowl ever!
