Revisiting the 42 month cycle study that I shared previously, I examined how many offsets result in a significant difference between up and down halves (the answer is 13/42). And you have to remove the 14 worst down cycles before offset 0 loses sig, so it's pretty robust

PCOS is associated with insulin resistance, obesity, and hyperandrogenism. Those won't do your looks any favor. It's not a moral judgment just a statistical observation

@StellaB_Stating @LuxisArts @pixxxette @ohdangitsmimi I think you're confusing yourself. You asked me if I assumed that women with PCOS are ugly. I am saying generally yes, it's going to be a safe bet. If someone has PCOS then the chances of them being conventionally attractive drop dramatically.

According to Bayesian Thinking: My prior on parabolic moves was that they can correct sharp and are not sustainable. There were predictions of 200+. World running out of Silver etc. None of them moved me as much as my selection of a tight ATR trailing. Following certain rules is very important for the peace of mind. Regret is very painful. $VGT $QQQ These have essentially ground sideways since I made this post 4 months ago. In Dec I thought we'd see the 52wk ema but at this point we've consolidated into it. I'm feeling kind of bullish now tbh. Also see december post in the comments.

$QQQ and Vanguard Tech fund $vgt look kind of yuck right now. on the one hand I am biased towards thinking we are near a major secular top. otoh these two funds account for 25% of my portfolio (down significantly from January)
