@californiapuc Hello PUC, could we perhaps look into how @SCE has handled this most recent PSPS? No proactive communication as well as seemingly unreasonable shutoff durations for much of SoCal despite diminishing wind and low humidity threats.

PSPS last 2days were hell! Even @TMobile lied to me and didn't have cell service at 91320 - @Verizon had fortunately!!!

@SCE Is there a way to go for a class action? If they shutdown power for safety, they should give a generator for free to anyone within high risk wildfire. I also been 24 hrs without power and t-mobile as well no cell service. This sucks! We have 1mph wind for Christ sake. Ridiculous!
