My @TELUS password was changed overnight, as we slept. Now I can’t log in. Has there been a DATA BREACH? Something customers should know? I’m looking for a number to call, to ask - it keeps directing me to “log on” and chat. I can’t log on. That’s the problem. @TELUSsupport

Avoid @TelusSupport. It is a phishing bot. #Telus, the company should be concerned. @TELUS Plus the co. should get real people to respond to their customers. Frustrated for months now.
