Our front line team members can assist with the transfer to prepaid account. It is not a plan change, but rather an account cancel/transfer/migration. When you call in let the IVR know you would like to cancel and this will take you to the correct department who can assist you. As this does involve a cancellation of a product and migrated to another, you will need to have the account holder there with you to provide verbal authorization to our team member.

@VincentDynamo You can utilize the online team member chat service via your parents TELUS app. If the agent is not able to perform the transfer from post paid to pre paid via the online chat they will arrange for a team member to call you directly.
