@TheTrueDH @JBishie Nah, not like they used to. Spending $19/month isn't the same as spend $750 for a couple of games a year. Again, the data doesn't show this.

Some Xbox fans believe exclusivity has no role in today’s market and that those who want it are overstating their importance. They treat Microsoft’s strategy as something players should simply accept. @FL1NTZ @JBishie Exclusives do hold that kind of weight. Every streaming service has Exclusives in every form of entertainment. Besides, Sony's recent policy change is the same one people were up in arms about on the X1 before it was changed.

@TheTrueDH @JBishie Definitely not. Most are entrenched with their platform of choice. It's just that the hardcore think that exclusives hold the same weight as they did 15 years ago. They don't and the data proves this. But it's weird seeing this narrative going around, especially from Xbox fanboys

@FL1NTZ @JBishie I hope people realize that there won't be a mass exodus from Playstation. It will take time to regain those who left and introduce new players to the platform.

@TheTrueDH @JBishie I agree with this. Timed exclusivity is a much better way to go about it all. Attract those who may be interested initially and then sell it multi-plaform at a later date.
