They didn’t sign it until Labour supported because NZF said no National - ACT relied on the opposition to get a FTA signed and enacted Irregardless - NZF is opposed to the deal

Pretty much any standard job ticks the box. What's more, Immigration NZ doesn't define "Specialists", Indian companies self-define their own roles.
