@TicketmasterIre I did not get to attempt to purchase tickets this morning as it continues to say your browsing activity has been paused. I have tried to sign in, I have tried to change WiFi or cellular network, I have switched devices and moved location. It is ridiculous

@TicketmasterCS Hi I cleared cache/cookies (I also deleted and reinstalled the app). I am not using any VPN software. I have tried different browsers and different devices. I have tried using my WiFi and my mobile data. None of it has worked. What do I do I cannot try search/buy anything now.

@TicketmasterCS That does not help me at all sorry. This is the message I received and have so for months. I am not using public WiFi I am not using multiple devices at once and this issue has been persistent for months. Please how can I get this to go away as none of your suggestions work.

@TicketmasterUK I can’t authenticate my account, please help. I don’t know why you need to do it when I have already purchased tickets from you. I am potentially going to miss out on tickets because of this, it’s disgraceful.
