@GWRHelp why is the gwr 0614 rdg to pad not running today? You told me by the end of May it would be fully back in service. I do t care about the 0600 or 0619 or the Lizzie line at 0614 but the gwr 0614 service

@GWRHelp That’s not what I asked. I asked why is it not running and when will full service resume. I was told end of May? As I said I don’t care about the Lizzie line, 0600 or 0619. I want an update on the 0614 gwr service

@Tim40613403 There are plenty of services between these stations in the morning peak. There is a 0600 service which arrives at 0630. - Cece

@GWRHelp So how long are they going on for? I was advise that all the planned works were due to finish at the end of March and finally normal service would resume. The disruption to my commute has been going on months

@Tim40613403 Hi Tim. The 0614 service is only scheduled to run on a Monday for the next two weeks. It is not cancelled, but not part of the timetable. It is scheduled to run all week again from 26/05/26. You can check your journey in advance here gwr.com/travel-informa… - Cece

@GWRHelp It is run by gwr you are confusing your service with the 0614 Lizzie line. There is an 0614 gwr service from platform 11a. When will normal service resume instead of all the cancellations. I know about the 0600 and 0619 services I’m asking about the 0614

The 06:14 service is unfortunately not run by GWR. This is a Transport for London service so we sadly cannot assist with this service running more regularly. We do however, run a service ourselves that is more direct and therefore quicker from Reading to London Paddington at 06:00am and 06:19am. Thank you - Emma

@GWRHelp That’s not what I asked. I would like to know about the 0614 which has had a terrible service for the last 6 months or more severely impacting my work. When will the service be back to normal without weekly cancellations. Runs Monday then not the rest of the week, why?

@Tim40613403 Good morning Tim, thank you for your message. A Service from Reading to London Paddington ran through Reading at 06:18 and departed at 06:19 this morning, there have been delays on this route due this morning, I apologise for the disruption to your journey. - Emma

@reading_buses 3 out of 4 days the card reader to tap off has not been working on the 25 seems a cynical way of ensuring a full fare

@reading_buses once again your card readers not working. I’m guessing it’s beneficial as you can get a full fare rather than partial
